Victor was the general contractor assigned to our project (remodel after leak) and he was amazing. Extremely detailed, patient, communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and all around great to work with. He helped make all of my crazy ideas reality and turned out disaster of a kitchen due to an awful leak into my dream kitchen. I'm so appreciative of his efforts throughout the process as he was extremely thorough and clear with all communications and expectations. I would highly recommend Victor to any of my friends, family, neighbors, etc.

I had 2 water leaks in my home within a couple of months. I was extremely fortunate to find Superior Restoration as Rich provided a reasonable and fair estimate that I went with. Victor Pintada was the project manager assigned to my account and having never gone through a restoration project before, I had numerous questions. Victor was patient and listened to all of my questions and concerns regardless how big or small they were (often times after office hours).

He provided me with many quality floor samples to chose from and provided upgrades whenever possible. All of the people who came to my home to paint, remove flooring, replace the flooring and molding were very professional and did exceptional work. I attribute my newly completed home with the tremendous work ethic that Victor provided in order to exceed all of my expectations in restoring my home. For this project, we had John Littrell, Richard Grise, and Victor Pintado along with their teams help us with our slab leak. Each of them responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had. Also, we appreciated the follow up visits and willingness to address any concerns that arose. Victor continued to help us even after the restoration phase was completed. After experiencing a leak, we called Superior Restoration for a demo and cleanup. Jose, a first responder, can out immediately to assess the situation. He had drying equipment sent out while he was still there. The senior mitigation supervisor verified the work to be performed. We scheduled the day of the demo and, like clockwork, arrived on time. Nick and his team were exceptional.

They communicated each tear out and kept us informed. They set up an isolation tent and blocked off the bathroom. In a day, they did a tremendous amount of hard work. When they left, the areas were clean. Every team member was understanding and professional from the first interaction to the last. I will use them again without hesitation.
