Without giving away too many details, I am currently dealing with a potentially unhealthy situation in the place where I am living. The first person who came by to assess everything was from a well known national company that I won't name here, but I'm sure you know. Not only did he show up late and with a bad attitude, he was very cagey about his answers in terms of the severity of what I was dealing with.

Imagine my relief when we asked for a second opinion from 1800 Water Damage and Efrem showed up. Not only did he show up on time and was very polite, he was also incredibly honest about the situation of everything at the property, and answered all my questions without any compunction or condescension. We have just started the process but I am very grateful to be working with Efrem and the people at 1800 Water Damage as I feel my house and all who live in it are in great hands.

Responsive team of professionals. Showed up quickly to respond to a water meter break and were able to assess the damage easily. They also recommended a quality restorer who came out the next week to stretch the carpet and repaint/replace the base boards. They turned a bad situation into a pleasant experience. When In need - this is your go-to team. These guys are fantastic, fast, and fair. In the office, Betty was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional in clarifying our needs and scheduling. Their work backed up everything we discussed. Luis was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when assessing our needs at the house. They were quick and did excellent affordable work for us. Their promptness and expertise allowed us to complete our remodeling project quickly. They were very professional, they were prompt always called before they came so you knew when to expect them. The gentlemen that did the work were efficient, polite, and would do all that you asked them. They clean up when ever they were finished for the day! Great experience with 1800 Water Damage. Luis called me back immediately and was a trust worthy and consummate professional throughout the process taking the time to answer all my questions. They came to my house quickly to get the process started and returned later that day to install additional necessary equipment. Their quick and diligent work saved my hardwood floors! Would absolutely recommend!

WOW! Had 1-800-Water Damage come service our house today and hands down the best service we've ever had. The team that came out were punctual and got straight to work. Ive been working from home lately with all that is going on and they worked around me without interfering. The work was done quick and they did a GREAT job. Had to go on to share my experience. Luis and Hector are absolutely wonderful. They are professional and prompt with response time when our basement flooded with a sewage backup. Everything was explained where I understood what was being done and answered all questions and concerns I had. The job was completed in 2 days and I felt very confident in their work. The whole crew was fantastic! We had some flooding after a recent rainstorm 1-800-Water Damage was responsive, thorough, and efficient. They did even helped us move tenants out of the space late-evening, allowing them to get fans in before any mold started. Highly recommend their services.
