1-800 Water Damage of Cincinnati/Dayton OH

The crew with 1-800-Water Damage was amazing to work with. From Jason and Jordan coming out to access our damage to Jennifer and Louis for the cleanup work they did, I cant recommend them enough. As a matter of fact, I have recommended 1-800 many times over the years. Being in the insurance industry, you dont want to have a loss happened at your house but having firsthand experiencing the work 1-800 does, it makes you feel good knowing that your prior recommendation of 1-800 to your customers over the years have been taken care of means a lot to me.

1-800 Water Damage was there when we needed them most. We've never experienced a water loss before and hope to never go through it again. However, if we ever do, we would call Jason Byrd at 1-800 Water Damage without question. Jason was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and was available whenever we had a question or concern. We are thankful that he and his team were there to help get us back on our feet so quickly. Jordan, Jennifer and their team went over and above to help me through a very tough situation. They were at my house within hours of my phone call. Their work was thorough and meticulous. Perfect!! Flooded kitchen and finished basement with most of the basement ceiling in the floor, standing water on an already soaked carpet. These days, whenever I find a company this professional and trustworthy I'm always amazed. Jason and his crew were here ASAP and immediately started/completed the work to remove all of the water and damaged areas. They came back promptly every day to do moisture checks and kept me informed of everything in detail. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the restoration piece of the work that is ahead. His knowledge of how to deal with the Insurance company and his honesty convinced me that he was the guy for the job. You just can't expect more from a service provider than I've gotten from him and his crew. I am confident that another great review will be coming after the restoration is complete.

UPDATE!! As mentioned in the previous review, I'm back after asking Jason and crew to handle the restoration work. The professionalism with which the work was was performed was at the same level as the cleanup effort. The "lead" contractor (Mike) was out here EVERY day, and was simply a workhorse. Not only doing HIS work, but running herd over the flooring crew (subcontractor), which was the only part of the job that presented any issues. But as soon as Mike noticed any issues with their work, he was all over them and it was immediately corrected. It was obvious that he and Jason both considered some of the work not up their standards, and it was corrected promptly. At the end, Jason even sent out a crew to give the new hardwood flooring a good cleaning. You just can't ask for more than Jason and his people give you. There is no indication that a flood ever occurred. The drywall, the paint, the appliance installation, carpet & hardwood all look fantastic. I hope I never NEED Jason and his company again, but if I do I won't hesitate to make that call. If only all businesses took this much pride in craftsmanship! We had a flood a couple of years back and ended up with a pretty major case of mold in our basement. We got several quotes from mold remediation companies and decided to go with 1-800-WATER DAMAGE because they really seemed to know their stuff (we worked with Jordan). They were fantastic! Not only did they do a really good job removing and remediating all the mold in the basement, they were punctual (always called when they were a half hour away), polite, hard working and efficient. My dog even liked the workers who came to the house, and he doesnt like anyone. 1-800 WATER DAMAGE did a great job for us, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration or mold remediation services.

From the day we contacted 1-800 WATER DAMAGE, they were very responsive. They knew exactly what to do to rectify the water damage in our home. Jason visited our home and assessed the situation accurately, informing us of the process, how long to expect it to take start to finish, and keeping in contact almost daily. They worked closely with our insurance provider, and we never had to challenge any decisions. In addition, their site workers were friendly, respectful and always cleaned up after themselves and never left a mess behind. We would never hesitate to use them again, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of quality water damage mitigation.

A pipe burst in my finished basement and 1-800 WATER Damage came to my home right away. They were meticulous in cleaning up the water and removing wet dry wall and carpeting. David was wonderful. They were so trustworthy that I put a lockbox outside and they could come and go as they pleased while I was at work. Communication was excellent. They did a superb job replacing my carpeting and walls. They were incredibly patient with the insurance company, detailed all they did, sent many photos, and communicated regularly to avoid problems. Hopefully, this will never happen again, but if it did, they would be my first phone call.

We had a leak that went down the wall and onto our guest bedroom carpet. David and Louisa were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They were very respectful and efficient and a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job with the carpet cleanup and made sure their was no mold or a continued leak. Would absolutely recommend. 1-800 Water Damage came to my rescue after our building leaked sewage water into our apartment. After their incredible work on redoing our bathroom, we hired them again to fix our wall in our unit. Jason, the owner, described in detail what needed to be done and was very helpful in guiding us how to proceed with the insurance. He assigned Junior and Louisa to do the work, which included thorough cleaning and monitoring of the affected area. Both Junior and Louisa were very professional, always on time, and effective. On top if this, they were extremely nice, polite and very pleasant to interact with. Water damage is never a pleasant event to deal with. However, we were lucky enough to encounter such people.

This was a wonderful company to work with for my restoration needs. They worked with my insurance company and me to make sure all areas of our project were covered. I never felt any pressure to move the project faster than I could handle. The communication along the way exceeded all of my expectations. Amazing company! Jason is open, direct, and honest in the way he runs his business. This is something that is lost on a lot of companies today. When I had him at my house to assess water damage he took his time, explained in detail what he recommended I do to address the issues, and even directed me to another business for items he felt they could resolve better. I couldn't have asked for better service.
