Sid Sarin did an excellent job fixing the damage we sustained from basement flooding. He is organized and very methodical and very good at communicating through the whole process. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. He deserves a promotion.

Hi, I want to give a huge thank you to Sid! He has worked with us since the beginning of our major plumbing leak. Walls, ceiling, floors, carpets, damaged by the horrible leaks! Anyone who has experienced this knows its very frustrating and caused me a lot of stress and anxiety! From day one, Sid made me feel so much better, about what was ahead of completion of the project in our home.He explained the process of all that needed to be done and if we had any questions, he was always there. We spent most of the time at the shore, while the work was being done. He called in daily to let us know how everything was going with all the work that was being completed . Also, sent of pictures. I felt so much better about all that was going on. He sure eased my anxiety. We did run into a problem with the painting issue! We were not happy at all how the job was completed. But, once again Sid was there for us! He apologized over and over to us, he really felt terrible about the situation. Thats when Tyler came to meet us and go over everything that needed to be done. He also apologized and said everything will be fixed to our liking. I felt so confident in both of them, once again easing my stress! We purchased a good quality of paint. To my surprise, Sid and Tyler did the painting! How awesome is that! They did a wonderful job painting, walls ceilings. Once again Sid and Tyler stayed in touch with us, sent photos. I cant thank them enough for all that they did together for us! We have our home back now! Everything looks fabulous! All the walls, ceilings, floors, painting, is completed. When our basement flooded last summer, we happened to find 1-800 Water Damage, and they took excellent care of us. Sid was here and has been SO patient working with us as we are dealing with two back to back basement floods. Sid is an incredible communicator; he is kind, compassionate, smart, and diligent. Its obvious that he has our best interest at heart. He really cares about our issues and has been putting his everything into making sure we sort out everything out. I am so thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company. We came home one evening and it was raining in the living room due to a problem with our toilet line, which is nothing anyone wants to see! Paul and his mitigation team responded promptly and were extremely professional and courteous in drying out our space. The rebuild manager, Sid, explained the rehab process every step of the way, managed negotiations with our insurance company, acted as liaison with the workers onsite, and was genuinely helpful, empathetic, and supportive at every turn. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely A+. So grateful to have had these folks at our side during this restoration process. Highly recommend.

I had some serious water damage in my house and was in desperate need of help. Today Bryan and Will showed up dryers, air scrubber, and sensors to monitor the wetness. They called ahead of time to give me a heads up. They explained what they were going to do and when they were done they showed me what they did. They explained the next steps to me. The guys were polite, professional, and thorough. It is a real pleasure dealing with Bryan and Will and 1800 water Damage.

Sid and his team completed a quick and and thorough job, kept me updated along the way and protected my home with covers and tarps during the work. Would recommend them to others looking for remediation work.

Had some water damage overnight from a leaking pipe on my 2nd story bathroom at my home. Called 1800- Water and Paul was out within hours. Very informative with everything. Then hours later Brian, Dan, and Joe came out to start the process for remediation. Very impressed so far with these guys!

It was a pleasure dealing with Sid Sarin & his team. From Paul & team with the restoration to Fabricio & team with the remodeling, it has been professional all the way through. Sid was very communicative throughout the entire process. This was a major water/sewage event that affected the main floor of my home right at Christmas. Even while we were out of state, 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown kept me up to date with all of the steps we were going through. I was able to text Sid on his personal cell phone over the weekends & he responded right away! Despite all of the issues that could delay this restoration process, Sid was able to keep this process moving very quickly & transparently. There were a lot of moving parts to this, but it was handled with white glove service throughout every step for my experience. Thank you very much!!

The drain pipe under the kitchen sink failed and water found its way to the basement causing the ceiling to sag.
Paul came out and assessed the situation and we used their rebuild company to replace the ceiling and repair the kitchen cabinet . Sid Sarin from the rebuild company was an absolute pleasure to work with .
He knows what is necessary to present to insurance companies for reimbursement, is excellent with communication , prompt and a genuine nice guy.

Had a water pipe burst in my basement. Called Paul from 1-800 Water Damage and he can out as soon as possible to check out the damage. Once he finished his assessment he called the insurance company for me to file the claim and then had Dave and his crew out to extract the water and remove carpet and pad. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that has any water damage. They were professional and knowledgeable and got the job done for me!!!

1-800 Water Damage honestly saved my mothers house and took excellent care of us. The remediation team which I believe was Jeff and his team they made sure to clear the issue she had and kept the house protected. We had some unfortunate events happen and Ashley and Sid literally did everything to get me and my mom help as to make sure she did not freeze. Ashley is the kindest person Ive ever spoken to she was caring and understanding and just worked so hard to find us the help we needed. Sid also was so kind and helpful he went above and beyond as well.They had someone at my moms house within days. Im sure given the holiday season it was not easy to do, but he had Fabricio (also the nicest man Ive met) and his crew come out and they did an outstanding job on the renovations. The rebuild seriously was so fast and again went above and beyond to make her living room look the same (better) than before. Everyone went above and beyond in every way possible. It was a very rough year because I lost my father and now I had this responsibility and they made it extremely easy and stress free. I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage, you will not regret it! The service was fantastic. We had a septic leak in our basement that led to us reaching out to 1800 Water Damage for professional clean up support. Jay and the team were responsive, helped with communicating to our insurance company, removal of damaged items, and completed a thorough clean up. A team came back a few days later to check on the progress that was made and ensure the area was safe.

We had a flood on the morning of July 4 and they responded within an hour. It was so stressful and overwhelming to witness my basement fill with water, but as soon as they arrived I felt like everything was going to be okay.
For an entire week they came and took care of everything, including dealing with my insurance company. The team was patient and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. My basement is now completely dry and Im confident will not grow mold.
They also referred me to amazing professionals for the rebuild and storing my furniture.

Jeff is a true professional, and wonderful to work with. He created and executed a plan to remove mold from the corner of a client's basement. He was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all questions and address any concerns. The work was completed quickly, and he was very responsive providing updates throughout. End result was exactly what he planned for, and pricing was fair. Highly recommend for a mold remediation company you can trust!

Jay and Fabian were fantastic. They came out on a Sunday and stuck with us for 2 weeks for remediation of a large amount of water damage (2nd story down to the basement). They kept my home clean as they tore down wet drywall, insulation and flooring. It was great to work with them during a very difficult time

Wish I could give more stars. After hurricane Ian Jeff and team made the long trip to SW Florida to help local residents. Our villa was almost a complete loss, but thanks to 800-water helping us so quickly we were able to salvage most of the walls/foundation. I'd like to personally thank Jeff and 800-water for their help and professionalism during such a hard time.
