Colin did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, they look and smell great! Also a huge thanks to Amanda who managed to find me an appointment even though I was scheduling last minute as was amazing in helping and communicating! Thank you both! 10/10 recommend! I had a sewage backup in my basement. I found Bear Restoration and reached out to Jeremy B. He walked me through step by step on how the process would go. He was helpful in giving the information I needed during this very challenging and difficult time. He was always available to explain things to me. The workers completed the work when they said it would be done, and everyone on the job was friendly, knowledgeable, and very hard working. Special thanks to Armanio, who did such an outstanding job with everything. Armanio is a very kind person, who listened to any concerns, and kept the work flow going. Also, Michelle assisted in Jeremy's absence and she was great to work with. She assured me that things would keep moving and she kept her word in getting things scheduled and completed. Overall, I would say this company is one that I would highly reccomend.

Jeremy from Bear Restoration was extremely helpful in the process of getting everything through mitigation and coordinating with the companies to put everything that had been damaged by water in my basement back to its original state. The only good thing that came out of the old lady next door flooding my house while I went on vacation is that I got to meet the BEAR team. They made everything better. Project manager Sergio C. came out right away to answer all my questions and help me understand the mitigation process. He's smart, organized, and really patient. The team on site handling the wet drywall/insulation were professional and really nice to me. They got the fans and dehumidifiers all set up and I really appreciated how Paola from the office sent me emails to update me on the moisture levels daily. From their communication to the website to payment process, top of the line. I literally do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with this company. :)

Our service rep did a fantastic job. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, plus a messy housewife, so our carpets really needed to be cleaned. We had one area downstairs where my wife keeps the litter boxes that was just awful. After he was done, they looked just like new. I was very impressed. We’ve used you a lot in the past and we’ll continue to do so in the future.

This was my first experience with Bear Cleaning. They were recommended by my cleaning company. Nick was our technician and he did an outstanding job on both the walk to wall carpeting in the bedrooms as well as the area rug in the living room. Bear provided a seamless and error free process from scheduling through billing. I recommend them.

We had a basement flood which caused water damage to our recently finished basement. We thought it was completely ruined but Bear Cleaning & Restoration cleaned it up and restored it so that it looked and smelled better than before the loss. Michelle in the office was so helpful and kind, and Juan worked very hard to get everything he could out of our insurance company. Great people, highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience! Hired BSC to clean my friends couch as a gift and it came out like new again. The technician they sent was on time, quick & thorough. I've added some photos as well (first 4 are before, last 2 are after) that show the difference. It made their white couch white again and got the stains out!
