Paul Davis Restoration did a great job restoring the water damage caused by a toilet overflowing for hours in my house. They responded quickly right after I called them. They began drying everything out, pulling back the carpet, cutting holes in the ceiling and walls, and installing fans and heaters. The repairs was involved, but they showed up every day and worked on it. Sheetrock had to be replaced, carpet had to be repaired and cleaned, and the entire living room was primed and painted. A special thanks to Jed Fisher, who kept things going, scheduling the right guys at the right time to finish the work. It turned out great looking like new. Thanks to everyone who worked on it.

I filed a warranty claim and it was promptly handled! Admittedly I was nervous filing a warranty claim as the initial work did not go very smoothly. But the moment I chatted with Tim I could tell things would be different. He was very communicative and quickly put me in touch with the sub contractor. The sub contractor was very skilled and equally easy to communicate with. The work was done well and efficiently! Can't say enough good things about this latest experience I had with Paul Davis!

We came home to a broken stop and waste which resulted in our basement being flooded. I contacted my insurance company and the told me Paul Davis was one of the top companies to contact. Our assigned adjuster even stated that our insurance company usually doesn't question anything PD states needs repairing due to the flood. We are in the middle of repairs, but so far, are happy with what has been completed so far. When we ask for something to be redone, the GC is on top of the requests. Crossing my fingers and hoping everything is completed by the first week of December!đź«°

Sheet rock needed to be removed under two bedroom windows. The insulation and sheetrock were wet. Apparently the windows leaked for a long time. They came in and removed all debris. Fans on and It took awhile for the wood beams to dry. They are all polite and professional. This is my 2nd time to use Paul Davis. I would definitely recommend them.

I waited a little bit to post the review because we had some mold remediation done and it took time to treat and wait for drying time. I wanted to wait until the work was complete before leaving a review. I have been very pleased with Paul Davis. We have not been home when they have come to do the work and have come home each day pleased with what has been done - and also pleased with what has 'not' been done! The house still looks great where they haven't worked, and now, things are starting to come together where the water damage ruined everything! I'm excited to see it completely finished, but so far, I would give them an enthusiastic 'two thumbs up"!

We had a water pipe in our basement break flooding our son’s bedroom. Our insurance company contract with Paul Davis for the repair which involved the remediation of the water damage preventing mold, replacing , insulation, sheet rock and then paint and molding. We were very pleased with how seamless the process was and the fact that they kept us informed on what the next was when it was scheduled. All the trades where here when they said they would be and skilled and professional at their job.
