The agent didn’t just mindlessly propose some insurance option; instead, he first took the time to explain our situation in detail and with patience, the reasons why we found ourselves in it, and then carefully went through all the options available to us until we arrived at the optimal one. The Kovalev Insurance Agency was a huge help to me. As a newcomer to the United States and a new driver with a freshly obtained license, every insurance company I approached gave me outrageous quotes. Honestly, I so dreaded working with an insurance broker to find a home insurance policy. Kovalev seriously exceeded all my expectations. David and Tanya are hyper responsive, knowledgeable, detail oriented and result driven. They are able to get feedback and quotes far faster than anyone else we spoke to. When the underwriting hits a roadblock, they won't take no for an answer without a fight. Seriously, you should call or at least email them and see what they can do for you. Five star!!

Great place with great people. I’ve worked primarily with David O’Connell. He set me up with several new insurance policies after my previous company raised rates. I had the best experience working with David O’Connell at Kovalev. A friend urged me to give them a try after complaining about how high my home and car insurance had gotten. David put together a terrific package to get me the right coverage for a fantastic price much more affordable than what I was paying. It was so simple for me as David did it all after I just answered some questions and forwarded my policy. He explained everything in great detail exactly what he recommended and why. Top notch experience working with DOC. We have been using Kovalev Ins Agency for over 20 years. We were always getting the best options for auto and home insurances. The agents who work there are immediately available to answer any questions and help with the claims or changes to the policies. Last few years our agent was Matt Bouffard who is knowledgeable, easy communicate with and proactive when it comes to renewals. It is great when you deal with an agent-advisor, not just with an agent-seller. This was exactly my experience with Kovalev Insurance - they have 100% personal approach and endless patience to my questions. I originally called them to ask about my mortgage situation and we figured out that I do not need to purchase an additional policy. I’ve been with Kovalev Insurance Agency since they opened in the early 90s. They have never disappointed me. Always responsive and supportive. Always looking for the best value for me. I dealt with several employees of the agency over the years and all of them were extremely professional, polite and friendly. I have never had to wait for more than an hour to receive an email response or a call back. If my agent was unavailable, their colleagues would eagerly help. I even asked my current agent, Sonia Carneiro, to advise my son who lives in a different state on his insurance. She called him herself and answered all of his questions.

Kovalev's agent, Katya, was so responsive, helpful, and interested in what I needed. She offered several quotes for auto insurance from different companies, explaining their different features.
